Our Role

Strong IPTV does not produce channels, movies, or series. This content comes from external third-party providers, and we act only as an intermediary between those providers and our customers.

We respect intellectual property rights and review copyright complaints sent to us under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to Send a Copyright Notice

If you believe content infringes your copyright, email a notice that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, or that of the person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work.
  3. The exact location of the material, such as a channel name or URL.
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

What Happens Next

When we receive a complete notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material or pass the notice to the provider concerned. Incomplete notices may not be processed.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your signature and contact details, a description of the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Knowingly false claims may lead to legal liability, so consider seeking legal advice before sending a notice.
